1 Sourcing qualified individuals through Naukri Portal, Linkedin & other Social sites, Internal Source, Referrals etc. as per departmental requirements and closing varied level of profiles.
Coordinating and lining up On-Site, Virtual or telephonic interview sessions along with coordination throughout the interview process.
Administration of on-boarding process by verification and initial trainings. Facilitating orientation and training formalities, Induction & Intimation. Working on HRMS (Human Resource Management System), Preparing & releasing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter (System generated & Manual both) and Other Official Letters. .Monitoring pre-employment medical fitness of new and existing employees as per company norms. Coordinating with estimated employees for pre- joining formalities and proper accommodation Arrangement & Coordination in various employee engagement activities and developmental programs for both existing and new employees. Grievance redressal, responding immediately to all general inquiries. .
