Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should be smart, confident, and eager to learn, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Fresher candidates with good English communication are welcome! Prior experience in a real estate developer firm or channel partner company will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable options.
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and assist clients through the sales process.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for lead follow-ups and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
🎓 Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate / Marketing preferred)
💬 Excellent English communication skills
🤝 Confident and presentable personality
🌱 Eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry
